How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
     
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@gugamart.in with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gugamart.in with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
